AIC
Films is a co-production of Academia Internacional
de Cinema and Rattapallax, Inc. to showcase some
of the best films produced at our film school
in Brazil or from our production companies.
Academia
Internacional de Cinema (AIC) is an
innovative educational institution that uses key
elements from the best film schools around the world
to create a highly specialized and creative program.
The instructors are well-known filmmakers and film
professionals who work in local and international
film markets. The AIC uses state-of-art equipment
and has a fully integrated digital production center,
besides working with film. AIC is a registered film
production company with ANCINE and based in Sao
Paulo, Brazil's largest city, and the center of
film and TV production. We work with leading production
companies, studios, crews, and post production facilities
and produce over 200 short films every year.

STAFF
Ram
Prasad Devineni is a film-maker who has had
films shown at the Cairo International Film Festival,
San Jose Film Festival, Philadelphia Festival of World
Cinema, etc. He produced Amir Naderi's Sound
Barrier, which won the Critics Award at the
Torino and Roma Film Festivals and selected for the
Tribeca and Vancouver International Film Festivals.
He is currently producing a documentary on Chile's 911
called Alabanaza. He
produced and directed an award winning short film at
Prasad Studios in Chennai, India. He is one of the founders
of the Academia Internacional de Cinema (AIC) and Rattapallax.
Lastly, he started a production company called BollywoodBrazil
that promotes Brazil as a film locale to Bollywood producers.
