Submission
Guidelines
The
publisher and editors of Rattapallax are looking
for extraordinary films and audio works based on modern
poetry and prose that reflect the diversity of world
cultures.
The
DVD contains films based on literary content, and audio
work of short stories and poems. Payment for first publication
rights is two copies of the DVD
There
are no deadlines. We are not accepting paper & email submissions. Only DVDs and CDs for previewing your work. Rattapallax is no longer a print magazine. We have changed to a DVD magazine featuring video and audio work..

TECHNICAL
REQUIREMENTS:
Send
us for previewing a DVD with films or CD with audio. Also links to your video on YouTube is also acceptable.
If
film is selected, we need:
1. Mini-DV (DVCAM) tape with films OR
2.
DVD-R or CD-R with these files:
a.
Video: MPEG-2 (if possible, 2 pass VBR). This will
create a video file (i.e. work.m2v).
b.
Audio: Dolby digital AC-3 at 48 khz and 192 kbps or
higher. This will create an audio file (i.e. work.aif).
If
this sounds too difficult, don't worry because we
will guide you through it.
3.
Publicity stills, reviews, festival information, bio
and artist's photo.
If
audio is selected, we need an audio CD with the
work, bio, and artist's photo.
